Math
Here is some scary two-under-two math: two pregnancies in two years = 50 pounds. What, you say? Didn't you lose the baby weight the first time round? Well, no, actually, it would be mathematically impossible, since I was pregnant again by the time the big one was just four months old. So back to the equation: two pregnancies at 25 pounds each = 50 pounds. That's heavy. They say 9 months on, 18 months off -- so does that mean that it will take me 36 months (3 years) to be somewhere in the vicinity of the weight at which I started? Daunting, to say the least. I've been thinking about this for a couple of days now, and I still can't quite wrap my brain around it.

uh.... not making a direct reply to this specific post... but to your blog in general. Great to see you blogging! If his doesn't get K to actually start reading blogs, I don't know what will. yes, my wife does not even read my own blog.
BTW, I found your blog by checking out stats on my blog. This stats thing is a cool way of "spying" on those who spy on you.
Now I don't have to ask "how's the fam?". I can just point y browser!
Cute two under two math. yeah, my son was 7 months when I got pg again. I must say the weight seemed to come off quicker the second time....no time to eat and all I did was run after people.
I have a cure - have another one! I just had my third in 4 1/2 years and the weight is FALLING off. Why? No time to eat! No time to sit! Plus my house has 3 floors and I run up and downstairs all day carrying children and laundry baskets of varying sizes. It's awesome.
Hi Cara!
I just checked out your blogs -- they're great. I'm going to link you to mine if that's okay with you! I don't know about that third baby yet -- but I did stash my maternity wear in the attic instead of getting rid of it!
